Redesigned internal engineering workflows around agentic tooling—structured prompting, skills, schema-bound context, and Claude/Cursor-driven ETL authoring—resulting in a 900% increase in production-scale output.
Built agentic AI workflows over enterprise data using LangChain / LlamaIndex and MCP tooling, automating internal research and data-gathering tasks behind PII boundaries. Delivered documentation and training so non-technical teams could operate and extend the workflows without engineering support.

RS21 legal document portal for the Office of State Engineering. Staff got a searchable digital records system for the New Mexico state government to manage water rights cases for the state.
Aetherways content platform on Vue. Gave RPG creators a self-service publishing pipeline so they could manage their games and users from one application.

Moved CI/CD from a hand-rolled Jenkins setup to CircleCI and CodeDeploy. Deployments went from untestable to testable. Release cycles sped up 200%.
Added monitoring and alerting that caught problems before customers did. Downtime dropped by an order of magnitude.
After every outage, we had no consistent process. I built one. Root-cause documentation became standard across the org.
